Washer Oven & IBO Synthetic Mat Conversion
The IPS MatCONVERSION™ is a turnkey service to help customers convert IBOs (Internal Bake Ovens) from stainless steel mats to modern synthetic mats. This service is also offered to convert washer dry-off ovens. The turnkey service includes new slide beds, infeed and discharge aprons as well as a tracking unit. The benefits of running a synthetic mat include energy cost savings as well as reduced time required to change mats.
