IPS provides operational support to can manufacturers that are experiencing temporary shortages of skilled labor to either run their can lines or perform technical work. We provide both machine operators as well as experienced all-around can makers that are specialized on specific makes and models, giving the can plant the confidence in knowing the temporary staff will be able to perform the tasks required.
