The IPS UserLOG™ adds User Access Control (UAC) to machines that wouldn’t otherwise have it. The UserLOG™ replaces the function of an existing start push button on any machine or piece of equipment that needs user management.

UserLOG™ records when a machine has been used, by whom, and for what reason using a plant badge.  The logged information can be exported to an Excel file for review.  Benefits of this review include: overuse of a machine operation by a user or misuse which could result in additional training, etc.
