Electrostatic Lubrication
The ChainLUBE™ is an automated electrostatic pin-chain lubricator designed to be easily integrated onto new or existing pin ovens. The ChainLUBE™ has a built-in cleaning system that ensures lubrication is applied onto a clean pin-chain surface, avoiding over lubrication that can lead to metal exposure down the line. Two adjustable nozzles provide lubrication directly to the wear areas of the chain barrel. The pin-counter assures lubrication and cleaning cycles are times accurately and the entire chain is treated uniformly.
